The legend of Bloody Mary has been a figure of American myth for decades. However, many people don’t realize Bloody Mary was a real person. Mary Worth, a beautiful, vain, young woman, was killed violently in a car accident in the early 1960’s. Her face was horribly disfigured in the accident, thus the legend began.
