If you ever have a question, or need help you can reach us through our customer service center at 972 504 6666 where one of our friendly reps will help you with your order or any questions you may have. Sometimes our phone lines are very busy so if you get our recording just leave us a message and we'll call you back, usually within minutes.

Basically to order all you have to do is point and click on this site. You select a category, look at the goodies in that category, decide what you want to buy, enter the quantity and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have added all the items to your cart you need to checkout. You'll need to accept a payment method from the menu.

We DO Accept Checks on orders, but the merchandise is held until we have clearance. We also accept US Money Orders.

We welcome APO/FPO orders. APO/FPO orders are shipped insured to assure delivery. The only items we CANNOT ship to APO/FPO are the 4ft statue pieces (i.e. Anubis) and all of the chocolate products.


Your order will be REJECTED and you will be BANNED from ordering if the following occurs on an order:

1) You have clearly posted bogus information i.e. business name, bad phone number, Phony Name, etc

2) Your email address bounces our invoice back to us.

3) You do not return our phone calls or respond to our emails.

4) Any attempt to defraud us will be reported to the financial institution involved and the appropriate authorities. We have testified and help prosecutors send to prison two major scam artists on the Internet (and no they did not successfully scam us).

5) Your IP traces to another city other than the one your indicate your billing address is in.

A Money Order is not a guaranteed payment until the bank verifies it is legitimate. There are plenty of bogus money orders, cashier checks and personal checks being circulated out there. We commit to shipping once we have absolute confirmation that the payment has not been returned. We do not ship before that time.

We use the following shipping services for our orders at Bluelips. For USPS you can get a direct quote when you check out for both Priority Mail and Express. However for UPS and FedEx Ground we have to provide you with the quote.

We realize that there are times you want to hear a live voice, and we understand and support that. So if for some reason we are not able to handle your call immediately DO leave us your name, area code and phone number and a message about what your needs are and we commit to getting back to you.

And sometimes even the owners take care of customers, at everyones job is to take care of you, our customer.
